Why 3D Eco?
Greenbelt and Open Countryside – Planning Success / Design Experts
The single biggest challenge associated with building something is obtaining Planning Approval. If we cannot get over this first hurdle then, well, what is the point! It incurs costs and invariably leaves the lingering question ‘did we do everything we could?’.
Architecture is essentially split into two separate disciplines: design and delivery. Design, the pretty side, and delivery the technical one. Design is by definition personal, engaging and subjective, delivery is logistical – they require different skill sets.
3D Eco focus on design to planning and work with trusted partners to ensure quality in the construction detailing.
Changes in the technical requirements associated with construction are becoming increasingly complex and demanding but, by focusing on what we are good at, and avoiding the ‘jack of all trades’ badge, the quality of the final design is not compromised.
The planning process is inevitably challenging and often subjective but by focusing on the design and the story behind it, the odds of approval are significantly improved.
We know the score – with approaching 10 approved schemes in Green Belt and Open Countryside, we know the requirements, process and pitfalls.
