CONCEPT

  • Re-modelling existing family house to avoid relocation.
  • Improved ergonomic layout, enhanced Living space with balconies and tree-top / tree house ‘floating’ bedroom.
  • Retention of existing 1890’s building with 21st century additional and reconfiguration.
  • The house is split-level to take advantage of the inclined topography.  Living areas are open to each other to increase natural light and enhance the feeling of space.
  • Improved access to the garden area with new balconies with open aspect.
  • Contemporary but respectful upgrade.

DELIVERY

Use of natural materials – stone and render.  Traditional construction.

COMPLETION

Completion 2020.  Improved approach and building presentation. Access and landscaping integration.  Privacy.
