- First floor living accommodation to take advantage of views and solar gain.
DELIVERY
Concrete base and retaining elements. Traditional ground floor construction. Timber frame first floor and roof.
COMPLETION
Open but secure design, effective landscape integration, reduced visual massing, effective weathering.
