  • Retention of existing 1890’s building with 21st century additional and reconfiguration.
  • Integration of architecture and Interior design skills.
  • The house is centered around an elliptical staircase which acts as focal point in the reconfigured Hallway and presents an impressive entrance.
  • Low Carbon.  High levels of insulation. Thermally controlled design, solar shading. Airtightness.
  • Balconies / terraces with open aspect.
  • Contemporary but respectful upgrade.

DELIVERY

Re-planned landscape to avoid obstruction views. Re-positioned photovoltaic array to improve visual aesthetic and performance.

COMPLETION

Completion 2020.  Improved approach and building presentation. Access and landscaping integration.  Privacy.
