  • House built into sloping site to hide domestic paraphernalia.  Extensive countryside views from First Floor.  Level bridge access at rear to external children’s play area.
  • Enhanced internal flexible layout for growing family.
  • Low carbon.  Thermally controlled design, high insulation levels and airtightness.
  • Orientation and topographically responsive design to take advantage of views and light.

DELIVERY

Archeologically generated design response.  Timber-framed construction.  Weathered rainscreen with West-facing aspect.

COMPLETION

Due to be constructed in 2021. Pitched roof design to harmonise with existing farm structures.
