- I am no Charles Francis Annesley Voysey – more’s the pity, but the house design is a reflection of his work and the influencing Arts and Crafts movement.
- Load-bearing masonry with trussed roof.
- Architectural characteristics: asymmetry, earth tones, natural materials, rough-cast rendering, hand made brickwork, stone detailing, swept eaves, gable detailing, decorative chimney stacks and stone string courses.
- Modern interior with ‘minstrels gallery’ above entrance.
